1. Damaged Parcels If you receive a parcel that is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it with a new one at no additional cost. To initiate a replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once verified, we will process the replacement and notify you with tracking information.
2. Refund Policy Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only provide replacements in the case of damaged goods as stated above.

Shipping Policy:
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 Business days. Our standard delivery time is 5-6 Business days; if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Shipping Rate: We ship across Pakistan for a flat rate of Rs 250 and free delivery on orders above Rs 4999/-
Damaged Orders: If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim.
MODE OF PAYMENT
COD – CASH ON DELIVERY: Customers from all over Pakistan can pay through Cash On Delivery (COD).
Bank Transfer Customers will get additional 5% off on advance Payment.
