Please note that we do not keep ready stock; instead, we source the product directly from our vendors once an order is received and confirmed. This ensures that you always get fresh, carefully selected items rather than old inventory.

Before dispatching, our team personally inspects and rechecks each product to make sure it meets our quality standards. Only after thorough verification do we pack and ship your order.

Return & Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns.

1. Damaged Parcels
If you receive a parcel that is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it with a new one at no additional cost. To initiate a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once verified, we will process the replacement and notify you with tracking information.

2. Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only provide replacements in the case of damaged goods as stated above.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Central Mart! Below are the Terms and conditions that constitute our shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy:

Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 Business days. Our standard delivery time is 5-6 Business days; if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Shipping Rate:
We ship across Pakistan for a flat rate of Rs 250 and free delivery on orders above Rs 4999/-
Damaged Orders:
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim.

MODE OF PAYMENT

COD – CASH ON DELIVERY:
Customers from all over Pakistan can pay through Cash On Delivery (COD).

Bank Transfer
Customers will get additional 5% off on advance Payment.
