1. Damaged Parcels
If you receive a parcel that is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it with a new one at no additional cost. To initiate a replacement:

2. Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only provide replacements in the case of damaged goods as stated above.

All orders are processed within 1–2 Business days. Our standard delivery time is 5-6 Business days; if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. -
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). -
Shipping Rate:
We ship across Pakistan for a flat rate of Rs 250 and free delivery on orders above Rs 4999/- -
Damaged Orders:
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim.
